Goldman Sachs bought three hotels in Chalkidiki!
Goldman Sachs Asset Management acquired three new hotels in Κallithea. Κassandra. Chalkidiki.
The financial closing of the sale of the Athos Palace, Pallini Beach and Theophano Imperial hotels, owned by the Grigoriadis family (G Hotels), located in Chalkidiki, to Goldman Sachs Asset Management has finally been completed.
The deal is proof of Goldman Sachs' confidence in the prospects of Greek tourism and the hospitality sector, especially in the region of Chalkidiki.
The three hotels in Chalkidiki consist a complex located on an area of 40 acres and according to the investor, after the completion of the investments in renovations, upgrades and extensions, it will have a capacity that will exceed 1,000 rooms and 2,000 beds.
