PROPERTY BUYING PROCESS
This stage consists of several stages and the following points are performed:

- Certificate of registration issued by the competent Real Estate Registry, in which the relevant lease agreement or Sale and purchase agreement of an agricultural or land plot and a construction contract for the construction / reconstruction of a residential building registered with the tax office and a Building Permit issued in the name of the applicant and Invoices -invoices of the developer/developers and the relevant receipts of payment, or a Lease Agreement concluded for a period of at least ten years and a Certificate of Registration issued by the competent Real Estate Registry and a Certificate issued by the Hellenic National Tourism Organization (EOT) that it is informed of the conclusion lease agreements
- Type C visa issued by any country that is a member of the Schengen area
- The presence of funds in a bank account in Greece is not a condition
- Contract of sale or lease worth more than 250,000.00 €. Full payment of the cost is made by bank transfer
A residence permit is issued for a period of five years. The right to a residence permit is given to children under 21 years of age and the parents of the applicants. The period of mandatory stay in the country is not established.
Residence permit in Greece for financially independent persons
